I used Dorothy & Toto to make an adorable card!

Rainbow was a print & cut from an old digi scrapbook kit  by Tracy Ann

Sentiment & Yellow brick road stamp from Yellow Brick Road Bundle by Jaded Blossom 

Dorothy's dress was paper pieced & the rest was colored with Copics

Hair- E 11, 13, 15, 18, 19

Bows- B 32, 34

Toto: 

Skin- E 000, 00, 04, 11, 21, R 20

Fur- W 03, 05, 07, 09, E 43, 47, 49

I used chalk to do the sky & red glitter glue for Dorothy's Shoes.
